A virtual race can be run (or walked!) anytime and anywhere during Friday, August 2 - Friday, August 9th, even indoors on a treadmill. Maybe you plan your race route around your neighborhood, favorite trail or within the comforts of your own home – you set your own course! Race times can be submitted to Gopher State Events online.
Participants are encouraged to use Personal Fitness Trackers:

Free cellphone app ideas: Pacer, Map My Run, Fitbit, or RunKeeper

Saturday, august 10 - Following the 5k and 10k races
The Yellow Rose Kids Fun Run takes place as soon as the last racer has been cheered across the finish line.

The kid’s races take place in three divisions:
4 and under
5-7 year olds
8-10 year olds
Racers run along the sidewalk of Allison Park guided by WHS Volleyball Players
Each kid gets a prize at the end of the race
Kids Fun Run participants do not need to register beforehand. Just show up on race day!
